Recover billing access

If Discord access is gone, you can still stop future renewals for EntExchange with the recovery email you used during checkout.

Step 1 - Send a code

We will email a 6-digit recovery code if a matching recurring membership is on file.

Step 2 - Verify and manage

Enter the code from your inbox to open a short-lived billing session.

Leaving the server, losing the Discord account, or getting banned does not automatically stop provider renewals. This recovery flow lets you stop future billing when a recovery email is on file. Legacy records without email and unsupported providers still require support help.
